We all want a friendly city where people help each other, everyone is protected, and no one has to fear hardship and violence.

We all live better and safer in such a city.

Social security for all – how can we achieve this together? Some examples:

Housing, education, and health: a strong urban housing company brings us low rents. A clear action plan strengthens and supports young people and finally ends child poverty in Osnabrück.
Secure work and socially just climate protection:
Renewable energies enable affordable heating for everyone and secure jobs in our city. The wealthiest should pay more for climate protection.
Everyone belongs – no matter how young or old we are, who we love, where we come from: we meet in many inviting places. The city protects women and queer people from violence. Osnabrück should now truly become a safe haven for people feeling war and hardship to us.

Who is going to pay for all this?

Osnabrück has a budget deficit, yet our society is very wealthy.

Wealth is increasingly unequally distributed. The richest 5% of the population owns almost 50% of all wealth, mostly through inheritances. Now, there are plans to once again provide relief for the top while cutting spending at bottom. And the distribution of tax revenue between the federal government and municipalities is also flawed.

Osnabrück, together with other cities, must put pressure on the federal government: reintroduce wealth tax, fairly tax inheritance, skim off excess profits, and provide more money for cities.

If the very richest give their fair share, we can all live better.

Be active and vote democratically.

If we stand up for our interests together, loudly and decisively, we can Schieve a lot!

The AfD is divisive. It wants to make the richest richer and endanger our social security. It denies the climate crisis and threatens jobs. It spreads hatred against people who come to our country and poses a serious threat to our democracy.

The AfD Osnabrück want the opposite of a city for everyone. However, they try to hide this fact in their local election platform. We won’t be fooled.
